Terence Govender

Terence Govender is the Managing Director of Phambili IT. Previously he held positions including Chief Operating Officer of Metropolitan Health Risk Management and Chief Information Officer of various JSE-listed companies. His roles included Executive Committee leadership, alongside IT risk, governance and architecture portfolios and boards. Terence has a passion for change management and human behaviour.

Dylan Garnett

Dylan Garnett previously held roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Metropolitan Health Corporate and Zurich Insurance respectively. Through his vast experience, he has demonstrated visible leadership to senior multi-functional management teams, especially in client centricity, strategy and operational excellence. Dylan’s forte is business transformation, strategic mapping and setting the scene for execution.
